I am the co-author, along with Peter Lothian Nelson, of a book which has the identical goal: Space capitalism: the case for privatizing space travel and colonization. Thus, I am a strong supporter of the mission of HabitatStead. One of my motivations is sheer love for the human race. If we have colonies on the Moon and Mars, then, our species is more likely to survive than if we are confined to this one planet.'
